In this role, you will:
- Review configuration datasheets and product models and validate them against customer requirements.
- Create and revise customer-facing drawings of Measurement Solutions products based on the interpretation of product codes and/or customer requirements.
- Evaluate the basic engineering specification and compare the application with industry standards
- Respond to inquiries and requests received from the mailbox and identify the need for escalation**.**
- Manage and record customer transactions in business systems such as CRM and SharePoint.
For this role, you will need:
- Bachelor's degree in Instrumentation, Mechanical, Chemical, or Electrical Engineering or related courses.
- Basic knowledge of Office 365 Applications, 2D detailing, and 3D modeling software.
- Open to those without work experience.
