Work closely with GI & MVI product Teams to ensure Service presence and development along our customers transformation journey to Industry 4.0 (Smart Factory, Ecosystem inc. Software Solutions)
Work in close cooperation with BDMs and Service Operations to develop Service activity in line with our Targets
Assist the BDM Software Solutions to ensure all key customers are connected to ALTURE
Develop Data Driven Services (ALTURE) based business
Collaborate with other departments (Sales Support, Marketing, Projects, GI, MVI) to maximize customer satisfaction and sales potential.
Take full responsibility for identifying new projects and business opportunities within the sales area and drive a strategic execution plan.
Manage a portfolio of direct accounts, including Key Accounts.
Map customer needs to determine a yearly business development roadmap
Report all activities (visits, quotations, planning, and forecasts) into a CRM (SalesForce) to interact with other departments and the manager.

Work with Atlas Copco Service committed distribution partners to maximize the development of Service Sales Opportunities, having the right balance energy-ROI
Have daily customer visits with clear targets to ensure Service Presence and development.
Education
- Technical background required. Preferably Industrial Engineering education or Technical Secondary degree.
- Sales and business development certification in value based business
- English language written and spoken. Ability to participate and interact in meetings or Trainings
- Driver’s License.
