In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

• Design, develop, and implement automation solutions for finance processes using Python
• Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI to support financial analysis and management reporting
• Analyze large datasets to identify opportunities for process improvement and automation
• Automate repetitive tasks such as data extraction, reconciliation, and reporting workflows
• Collaborate with finance stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into effective technical solutions
• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across automated systems and reporting tools
• Support month-end and year-end closing activities through automation enhancements
• Document processes, workflows, and technical solutions to ensure transparency and scalability
• Provide training and ongoing support to finance teams on automation tools and dashboards
• Troubleshoot, maintain, and continuously improve existing automation scripts and reporting solutions

For This Role, You Will Need:

• Proficiency in Python for automation and data processing
• Hands-on experience with Power BI for dashboard development and reporting

• Understanding of finance processes such as reporting, reconciliation, and closing cycles
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
• Effective communication and collaboration skills

• Familiarity with tools such as SQL, Excel advanced functions, or other data analytics platforms
