Job Summary

To lead and drive the Engineering management and tools governance function to promote best engineering management practices for delivery through effective usage of tools| knowledge management processes and administer the license management of these tools.

Key Responsibilities

1. To provide engineering management services to Platinum and Gold accounts; including individual contributions as an expert in specific software engineering management areas as well as deliver consulting services through the team of practitioners.
2. To guide the definition and oversee the adoption plans of deploying the Tool Benefit Index model for the organization.
3. To provision tools based on requests and related workflow [TARMAC] and related support and consulting services as well as enforcement of the software usage policy.
4. To work with other enabling functions [ITS| BPR etc] for rollout of initiatives as well as improving processes.
5. To provide engineering services for the KM program| in terms of development of the arKMedes platform| manage the production setup and take care of the customizations required for large engagements.
6. To connect with and provide guidance to the SEPG / TRC teams as well as the BPR team on the technology roadmaps and decisions.
7. To engage with the large deals team| customers and prospects to propose solutions to address their needs and also the Value Creation portal and process.
