Your role

Distributor Program Definition & Governance

  • Define a global distributor program framework for GV

  • Define and monitor key commercial, operational, and compliance KPIs

Program Roll-out & Change Management

  • Lead the global roll‑out of the distributor program across GV and Customer Centers

  • Drive change management and alignment across divisional, regional, and on CC levels

Sales & Distributor Excellence

  • Improve distributor performance through strong sales and distributor management

  • Define and monitor the key commercial, operational, and compliance KPIs to elevate distributor performance 

  • Support CCs in sales capability development and go‑to‑market execution

  • Use market feedback to refine the distributor model

Continuous Improvement & Process Development

  • Drive continuous improvement of distributor processes, tools and ways of working

  • Benchmark to ensure ongoing competitiveness and relevance

To succeed, you will need

Professional Experience

  • Extended experience in Sales, Business Development, or Commercial Excellence
  • Proven experience in working with distributors, preferably in an industrial B2B environment
  • Experience in at least one Customer Center (CC) organization is required
  • Strong preference for indirect sales experience in CT
  • Demonstrated experience in international or global roles

  • High level of business acumen and commercial understanding
