Your Role

Job Description：

As a Electrical & Instrumnetation Engineering Reviewer, you actively review E&I design of ES PNB, you provide technical training to ES PNB and coach new engineers and serve as E&I support to ES PNB. Take the initiative to align with the other ES Globally and knowledge sharing from and to ES PNB.  

Tasks and responsibilities include, but not limited to:

• Actively take part in the review work.

• Share electrical design knowledge within design team and to other teams in ES PNB, including GECIA.

• Provide product training within design team and to other teams in ES PNB, including GECIA.

• Coach new engineers for product knowledge, Electrical and Instrumentation aspects with respect to products.

• Serve as electrical technical guide in ES PNB.

• Prepare Pre-engineering for ES PNB.

• Timely solution focus on professional engineering services.

• Design and review engineering deliverables, Initiate and follow-up corrective actions if necessary.

• Take lead to create and develop electrical competence of engineering team.

• Perform root cause analysis on all design errors, establish and implement appropriate next steps to prevent recurrence.

• Take lead of lesson learnt sharing in ES PNB.

• Maintain ES PNB design manuals.

• Provide project commissioning support if required.

• Take lead of feasibility study of electrical and Systems integration in ES PNB.

• Support required during the assembly and during testing of the big packages.

• Support Design engineer to Review the technical offers received from vendors.

• Actively take part into discussion with customer for the technical compliance and specification compliance whenever required.

As a Electrical and Instrumentation Engineering Reviewer  - EngineeredSolutions we expect:

• • Independent develop of design concepts.
  • Projects will include new designs dedicated for local markets, localization of existing products (from other Atlas Copco product companies), and cost reduction projects
  • Consulting with various parties (EngineeredSolutions, Marketing, Engineering, Production, Purchasing, ...).
  • Continuous and strong interaction with the other design engineers in local as well as the Global Engineering Team.
  • Consult with suppliers when selecting parts/technical applications
  • Consult with Purchasing and/or 'Material Procurement Coordinator' regarding the selection of the supplier for specific parts
  • Evaluate cost and quality of the designs.
  • Safeguard correctness of designs and their specifications
  • Attitude first, willing to afford basic tasks of product maintenance during daily work besides electrical tasks
• Knowledge
  • Bachelor’s degree in electrical Or Instrumentation engineering
  • Project management skills
  • Knowledge of English both oral and writing
  • Knowledge of CAD systems Inventor / Autocad Electrical / Enovia and BPCS/POLS
  • Knowledge of Atlas Copco products
  • Knowledge of production and manufacturing process
  • Knowledge of safety procedures, processes and systems
