Infor Design is seeking an experienced QA Engineer Analyst to contribute to the quality assurance of our Infor Component Libraries and Websites. We’re looking for a detail-oriented professional who can write and execute automation tests, collaborate effectively within an agile environment, drive improvements in QA processes, and explore innovative testing tools and technologies. The ideal candidate should be results-oriented and motivated to deliver high-quality software through measurable impact.

Essential Duties:

• Collaborating with team members across time zones to review and synchronize QA efforts.
• Writing and executing automation tests to ensure product quality and reliability.
• Contributing to the release process for Infor Design, with a focus on continuous deployment.
• Partnering with developers, product managers, and designers to identify and resolve potential blockers.
• Supporting the adoption and improvement of best practices, methodologies, and tools to meet quality coverage goals.
• Executing testing strategies to ensure product reliability and performance.

Basic Qualification:

• A bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, a related field, or equivalent work experience.
• years of hands-on experience in QA and testing automation.
• Proven ability to write and execute automation tests as part of QA processes.
• Experience in defining technical direction for test automation and continuous integration.
• Strong expertise in implementing metrics to measure software quality.
• Proficiency in Accessibility testing, tools, and automation.
• Extensive experience in developing and executing test automation strategies (unit, functional, and integration testing).
• Ability to execute automated test suites and troubleshoot test failures.

Preferred Qualification:

• Advanced expertise in Accessibility testing and standards.
• Backend programming experience
