Job description

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Analyzing large volume of data, defining clear strategy in analytical work relating to audits.
  • Providing team leadership in fostering an open and inclusive work environment and effectively working with teams having diverse skills and backgrounds.
  • Must be able to work closely with the Onshore Audit and Analytics teams and support them in data profiling, data transformation and analytics delivery.
  • Supporting extraction of data from multiple ERP sources by understanding data structure requirement.
  • Applying industry knowledge to interpret data and improve performance.
  • Acquiring expertise in EY’s suite of Helix tools within a short period of time.
  • Having a strong focus on meeting tight delivery timelines.

 

Requirements:

  • B.E/B Tech (any stream excluding CS and IT for Staff1), ACCA/CA (fully or partially qualified), MBA Finance
  • Freshers with 0–1-year experience.
  • Excellent Written and Oral Communication skills - Presentation and Soft Skills
  • Being a quick learner and demonstrating adaptability to change.
  • Problem-solving skills.
  • Should be open to working in different time zones.
  • Should possess high standard of integrity and confidentiality.
  • Should be willing to and capable of delivering under tight timelines, basis the business needs.

Will be responsible for the overall approach to reporting and analysis within the SDU. •    Develop new processes to increase the effectiveness of reporting and consolidate & maintain departmental reports used internally and externally by parties such as to other departments, senior management, etc. •    Develop and maintain new standardized reporting on a routine basis, i.e., define, create, automate, and maintain operational recurring reports. •    Maintain a reporting schedule and documentation of reporting procedures. Generate and maintain control documentation of reporting procedures to comply with governance audits and regulatory requirements.
