The Team:
The Executive & Operations Support (EOS) team is a set of professionals who work collaboratively to manage day-to-day operations in partnership with India Senior Leadership to plan, manage, and execute various office operations related activities.
The Impact:
You will provide strategic guidance, operational expertise and day-to day management for all meetings and events including large size programs for all meeting formats (in-person, virtual, hybrid) – including senior leadership visits, staff townhalls, celebration of festivals and other celebratory occasions. You will act as a first point of contact for all events planned internally and externally including preparing and communicating the annual events and communication calendar.

This role will be responsible for overseeing, managing and flawless execution of the following areas: event strategy including format, cadence, dates, and city/site selection, evaluation and selection of venues, suppliers, and platforms.
Responsibilities:
- Drive internal employee engagement events with site Events Committee.
- Support the administrative functions of the team, including scheduling meetings, preparing documents, and managing correspondence.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure propose objectives are met.
- Coordinate and support town halls and large meetings; includes catering, meeting logistics, meeting materials, AV connections.
- Help deliver the Employee Experience at the site.
- Support aspects of the S&P Global Social Inclusion and Social Impact agenda to support our community engagement at Hyderabad.
- End-to-end execution of meetings and events including managing expert supplier manager and negotiator to facilitate all aspects of events on time and on budget.
- Assists internal and external visitors with travel arrangements, seating, conference room setup, and administrative needs.
- Assist People team with onboarding, transfer and offboarding of staff, equipment, T&E accounts, building access etc.
What We’re Looking For:
Basic Qualification
- Fresher – Fluency in English. Bachelor’s degree or MBA (Passing year 2024 OR 2025 only).
- Willing to work in rotational shift 24*5 work environment.
- Strong overall knowledge of MS Office suite with key focus on analyzing the data in MS Excel and making presentations in MS Power Point and knowledge Power BI.
- Effective oral and written communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
