The Role:

Logitech is looking for an IT Service Support Intern to provide IT support and training to our end-users across India and other regions. The role requires a service-oriented mindset, along with creativity in problem-solving. We are seeking an individual who is open, flexible, and a strong communicator. The IT Employee Experience & Services Team is a global team that collaborates with other departments to support end users and IT equipment at Logitech sites.

  • Provide IT service support, guidance, and training to end-users for various IT devices, applications, or processes.
  • Troubleshoot hardware and software issues both locally and remotely.
  • Conduct IT onboarding activities for new employees.
  • Assist in the discovery of new IT business tools to support our business users and internal IT teams.
  • Collaborate with internal IT teams on system testing, integration, and maintenance.
  • Participate in product testing with business groups.
  • Seek, suggest, evaluate, and implement process and technology improvements.

Key Qualifications:

To be considered, you must bring the following minimum skills and behaviors to our team:

  • Experience in end-user desktop support
  • Proficiency in troubleshooting Windows 11, M365 and MacOS
  • Knowledge of Google Workspace
  • Strong communication skills, with comfort in working with various stakeholders
  • Good knowledge of hardware installation, cabling, and troubleshooting
  • Troubleshooting skills for bug identification and resolution
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Excellent teamwork skills
  • Ability to work independently within a remote team
  • Fluent in English

Additional Preferred Skills:

  • Knowledge of MS Intune, Apple MDM Device Management software, ServiceNow, or similar tools
  • Familiarity with advanced printer/peripheral device troubleshooting and patch management
  • Project management/design thinking skills

Education:

Obligation to complete high school education

  • Currently pursuing an IT diploma/college or seeking a first IT-related experience
