Job Description:

Revenue Analytics & Backlog Reporting

  • Analysis of Sales metrics, TCV to revenue conversion. Pipeline to TCV, ABR to Revenue tracking segregating at deal size, Offering level, geography & client class levels   
  • Tracking and reporting of Backlog and Sell and Bill revenues at various levels like the region, offering, etc
  • Drive Leakage analysis to provide actionable data on taking preventive actions using sales models and Forecast/Actual data
  • Budget: Involvement in revenue and sales metrics budgeting with cross-functional teams. Tracking, reporting & analyzing backlog and Sell & Bill movement
  • Timely submission of inputs for operational backlog and ASC 606 backlog details to Global Sales Finance.
  • Collaborate with account POC's to provide explanation for operational backlog changes and ASC 606 hair cut % variance.
  • Primary scrutiny and analysis of revenue data

 

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, accounting, or related field preferred
  • CA or MBA is preferred. CA Inter, ICWA with relevant experience may also apply

The Real Time Payments Business is looking for an Analyst, Finance Business Partner to support headcount reporting & forecasting. This person will play a key role in driving comfort over the RTP headcount base of approx. 2500 people. Role: • Ownership of budgeting, forecasting & reporting of total RTP headcount including employees, contingent workers & third party • Work with HR & the business to ensure accurate reporting • Work with business to ensure accurate alignment of all heads to relevant products, domains or customers to drive accurate P&L reporting. • Develop headcount change processes to ensure efficient approval, decision making & allocation • Work with wider RTP finance team on other ad hoc projects • Support the financial close process through the analysis of variances against budget, forecasts, prior year actuals, key business drivers and initiatives. • Support the development of the annual plan/budget and forecast for scheduled cycle. Also be responsible for ensuring accurate data upload into Hyperion budgeting and forecasting tool • Manage, develop and update standardized financial reporting packages that will help drive and support the business, inclusive of business metrics/KPIs. Respond promptly to ad-hoc requests for information and analysis • Execute on financial process improvements by building and maintaining financial tools to perform analysis and modelling; review and create suggestions to financial systems • Investigate and create opportunities for automation and more efficient methods of creation and delivery anticipating needs of internal customers, members, and other stakeholders • Support special projects as they arise All About you: • Educational qualification – CA/MBA • Experience in financial roles with knowledge and experience of financial planning and management • Good knowledge of Business Intelligence tools and experience with financial systems/applications (e.g. Hyperion and Oracle) • Good understanding of reporting, forecasting and budgeting techniques. • Self-motivated with a proven track record of delivering success while operating in a team environment. • Ability to deliver results in a fast-paced environment with a sense of urgency and accuracy • Ability to manage multiple activities of different nature in a condensed timeframe • Excellent communication skills • Strong relationship management and networking skills.
