Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented intern to join our IT team and assist in managing and supporting our mobile devices. The intern will ensure all devices are properly configured, secure, compliant with company policies, and documented correctly. This is an excellent opportunity to gain practical experience in mobile device management and stay current with the latest technologies.

Key Responsibilities 

Maintain accurate records of device inventory, applications, configurations, and policies.
Create documentation and knowledge base articles for users on how to use mobile devices and best practices.
Stay informed about new mobile technologies and mobile device management solutions.
Work with teams across functions to enhance mobile device processes and user experiences.

Qualifications

Pursuing a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
Knowledge of mobile operating systems and mobile device management.
Knowledge of device security protocols and compliance standards is beneficial.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Preferred Skills

Knowledge of networking concepts and basic mobile device troubleshooting. 

A basic understanding of Mobile Device Management tools
