As part of software engineering group the Product engineers are responsible for maintaining the software in the cloud.
Responsibilities:
- Understanding the needs of our customers and then working to build the best solutions where the product is highly technical or sophisticated in nature.
- Analyze the code and collaborate with product development team and develop a strategy to address critical problems.
- Work with the customers/partners to establish the root cause of problems and provide end-to-end service support.
- Provide workarounds / code solutions to complex technical issues.
- Maintaining application level monitoring using shell scripts.
- Develop utilities and API's to automate various manual processes.
- Provide creation, automation, and deployment of services and help maintain cloud infrastructure.
- Practical and naturally inclined to "roll up your sleeves" to get the work done.
