Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Call monitoring and provide actionable insight to improve current processes
  • Assist in developing, creating, and implementing quality processes
  • Gather information to help improve advisor performance
  • Provide feedback on the quality of advisor's recommendation
  • Develop customer support quality standards

Experience and Skills:

  • Experience of 0 - 3 years
  • Strong communication skills
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Strong sense of ownership and leadership quality
  • Excellent listening and analytical skills
  • Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively

No Sales Targets:  We’ve never believed in having targets. So, feel free to push yourself as much as possible, but you won’t have a target to chase No Prior Experience Required:  We don’t care where you are from. Or what you’ve done. If you can speak well and are ready to learn something new, you’re in No spam, No mis-selling:  You will only be talking to people who’ve reached out to us through call or WhatsApp. And since we never spam customers, you won’t have to deal with unruly people either.    Choose Your Path: Team Falcon We believe in nurturing talent and catering to individual preferences.
