Overview

We are seeking a meticulous and driven Quality Assurance Specialist/Engineer to join our dynamic team. As a QA Specialist/Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our products and services through rigorous testing and collaboration with cross-functional teams. Your primary goal will be to prevent defects and ensure that the product meets the highest standards of quality before it reaches our customers.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute test cases, scripts, plans, and procedures (manual and automated) to ensure that software meets predefined quality standards.
  • Collaborate closely with software developers, product managers, and other stakeholders throughout the software development lifecycle.
  • Identify and document software defects and collaborate with the development team to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
  • Conduct functional, regression, usability, integration, and performance testing as needed.
  • Participate in requirements and design reviews to provide input on testability and quality aspects.
  • Stay updated with industry best practices and new testing methodologies.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (or equivalent experience).
  • Proven experience as a Quality Assurance Specialist/Engineer or similar role in software development projects.
  • Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
  • Hands-on experience with automated testing tools and frameworks (e.g., Selenium, JUnit, TestNG).
  • Solid understanding of Agile methodologies and experience working in Agile/Scrum teams.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.

As part of this team, you will work closely with the development teams to create automated testing strategies and enhance the automated test suite. You will work with various CAD modelers used in the industry.
