Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Trainee Quality Assurance (QA) to join our growing team. This entry-level role is ideal for recent graduates who are passionate about quality, technology, and learning. As a QA Trainee, you will work closely with our development and product teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality digital solutions for our clients.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with developers and designers to understand project requirements and design comprehensive test plans.
  • Execute manual and automated tests on websites, apps, and digital solutions.
  • Identify, report, and track bugs or defects throughout the development lifecycle.
  • Develop test cases and scripts to verify the functionality, usability, and performance of digital solutions.
  • Assist in creating and maintaining detailed test documentation.
  • Participate in QA team meetings and contribute to process improvement initiatives.
  • Continuously learn and adopt new testing tools and technologies.

 

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Skills:
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Basic understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and QA processes.
  • Familiarity with manual testing techniques; exposure to automated testing tools is a plus.
  • Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
  • Team player with a proactive attitude and willingness to take on challenges.

 

Preferred Qualifications (Not Mandatory):

  • Basic knowledge of programming languages (e.g., Java, Python) is a plus.
  • Experience with testing tools like Selenium, JIRA, or Postman is an advantage.
