As a Associate Software Engineer , Responsibilities encompass developing and modifying CCL scripts, participating in code reviews, and overseeing the debugging and documentation process. Aligned with Support, this role is essential for meeting AMS clients' contractual obligations, ensuring associates' alignment with clients, and contributing to overall client satisfaction.
The candidate should be open to support our clients over On call if required. You will be responsible to effectively use and navigate development process and code repositories. You will be responsible to apply basic code and testing changes and fixes to resolve issues. You will be responsible to develop and execute work plans and test plans.

Responsibilities
As a member of the software engineering division, you will use basic knowledge of software architecture to perform tasks associated with developing, debugging or designing software applications or operating systems according to the provided design specifications. Build enhancements within an existing software architecture.
Job Description
- Make enhancements to existing software applications.
- Develop and design new reports, including data fetching through SQL, data processing, and data representation based on requirements.
- Gather requirements, understand project scope, create work estimates, and effectively plan and execute tasks.
- Handle client calls and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure requirements are met.
- Participate in component-level technical design discussions and collaborations.
- Perform debugging and document root cause analysis and resolutions.
- Identify and suggest process improvements at the team level to support both operations and the development ecosystem.
- Provide support for software releases.
- Gain an understanding of healthcare workflows and the Millennium data model.
Qualifications
