Who we are looking for:

Provide customer service and frontline support for clients subscribing to Charles River’s suite of SaaS Operations including Application Management, Hosting, CRN/FIX, and/or Compliance Services for Non-Production environment.

What you will be responsible for:

As Associate 1 you will:

Perform frontline technical support as part of a global team to deliver exemplary customer service to CRD’s SaaS Operations clients for non-production environment.

Coordinate with clients, internal Charles River colleagues, and CRD vendors to investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve client-reported problems or issues detected by CRD’s automation tools.

Follow departmental procedures to ensure timely, high-quality delivery of service to Charles River global SaaS Operations clients

Escalate and track issues which exceed the scope of the frontline support capability.

Ensure all internal SaaS Operations tracking systems and documentation are accurate and current.

Provide periodic off-hours support

Education & Preferred Qualifications:

B.Tech degree in a technical discipline such as computer science, information technology, engineering.

Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills

Aptitude to learn quicker

Analyze and troubleshoot systems issues. ·         Work with customers to gather requirements, propose, engineer, and provision solutions. ·         Responsible to provide day-to-day support for the Automation tools (built in-house, release automation, and other tools including RPA (Robotic Process Automation) tools. ·         Project execution towards deadlines Maintain OLA and SLA agreements with other Micron Business Units ·         Perform the Environment changes with the RFC schedule and planning. ·         Understand IT Service Management process and are willing to learn. ·         Willing to adapt and learn new technologies to provide efficient operations support. ·         Learn the different monitoring tools used and triage issues based on the issues faced. ·         Good communication skills (verbal, written, presentation), Analytical, and Problem-solving skills. ·         Flexible to work on rotational shifts in a 24x7 environment and weekend On-Call support if reqd.
