Qlik Support Engineer (G4)

As a Qlik Support Engineer, you will play a vital role in ensuring our customers get the most out of their Qlik business intelligence (BI) investment. You will be the first line of defense for troubleshooting issues, providing technical expertise, and helping users navigate the Qlik platform.

Responsibilities And Skills :

• Provide technical support to customers experiencing issues with QlikView and Qlik Sense applications.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose a wide range of technical problems related to data integration, visualizations, scripting, and performance.
• Collaborate with internal teams, such as development and product management, to resolve complex issues and ensure timely solutions.
• Document knowledge base articles and standard operating procedures to improve internal knowledge sharing and customer self-service.
• Stay up-to-date on the latest Qlik features and functionalities through ongoing training and certification.
• Proactively identify potential issues and recommend improvements to optimize the Qlik environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with customers from diverse technical backgrounds.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience troubleshooting and resolving technical problems in a Qlik environment (QlikView and/or Qlik Sense).
• Strong understanding of data integration concepts, data modeling, and visualization techniques.
• Experience working with scripting languages used in Qlik (e.g., QlikView Scripting Language, JavaScript).
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• A Qlik certification (QlikView Developer or Qlik Sense Analyst) is a plus.
• Highly Proficient With AWS Cloud and preferably certified.
• Extensive experience writing and tuning SQL with PostGres ,Mongo DB Snowflake, and DBT.
