Roles & Responsibilities:
1. Mechanical engineer with working experience in Upstream (Offshore_Topside & Onshore) & Downstream (Refining, Petrochemicals & Polymers) piping and pressure vessel equipment
2. Engineer shall be competent to review P&ID, GA drawings and understand requirements.
3. Engineer shall be able to review Inspection Report, carry approval and recommendation. Database manipulation for data quality, PRD interchangeability, inspection history analysis/trending.
4. Engineer shall be able to do PRD Pass/Fail and differentiation of Reliability and Safety Availability Analysis (based on function test interval and type of ‘failure’ – safe or unsafe) Qualifications/Competencies.
5. Experience in piping, Pressure equipment work pack development workflow.
6. To manage, interpret, and integrate inspection and function test data associated with pressure relief devices.
7. Good Engineering judgment to optimize inspection and test interval Collection and Managing the database of inspection/test records of Pressure vessels, Tanks, Pressure Relief Device (PRD).
8. Good knowledge on Integrity assessment of pressure vessel, develop Risk Matrix + Risk Mitigation Strategies
9. Engineer shall be able to review material specifications and corrosion engineering knowledge.
10. Engineer shall be competent to perform RBI studies to optimize the maintenance and business expenditure, incurred for assuring asset integrity.
11. Engineer will be focal for all technical exchanges and manage technical Interface seamlessly.
Required Skills (Technical Competency):
1. Knowledge of Onshore / Offshore / LNG Static and Piping equipment.
2. Familiarized with Codes and Standards like ASME B31.3, ASME Sec. II, Sec. V, Sec. VIII, and Sec IX, API 510, API 570, API 571, API 580, API 581 and other API & ASME codes.
3. Tool Knowledge on Microsoft Office tools
4. Tool Knowledge on Meridium
5. Tool Knowledge on AutoCAD
6. Knowledge on DNV application
Desired Skills:
1. Good Communication skills - Makes clear and convincing oral presentations; listens effectively; clarifies information as needed.
2. Ability to handle discussions / communications independently
