Job Description: 

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced  Manager Training & Quality to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of training, including partner and in-house training programs, classroom OJT (On-the-Job Training), certification processes, process improvement initiatives, conducting audits, ensuring compliance with SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures), and effectively communicating with team members. The Training Lead will have 4-6 years of experience in training and will manage a portfolio of 50-100 agents.

 

Roles & Responsibilities: 

  1. Develop and execute comprehensive training programs for both partners and in-house employees. 
  2. Design and deliver effective classroom OJT sessions to ensure new hires and existing team members acquire necessary skills and knowledge. 
  3. Establish and maintain certification processes to validate the proficiency of trained individuals. Continuously assess training programs and processes to identify areas for improvement and implement enhancements accordingly. 
  4. Conduct regular audits to evaluate training effectiveness, compliance with SOPs, and adherence to best practices.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and update SOP documents and processes related to training. 
  6. Provide guidance and support to trainers and team members to ensure consistency and quality in training delivery. 
  7. Monitor and track the progress of trainees, providing feedback and coaching as needed to facilitate skill development. 
  8. Foster a culture of continuous learning and development within the organization. 
  9. Serve as a liaison between the training department and other departments to address training needs and align training initiatives with organizational goals.

 

Mandatory Skills : 

  1. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience. 
  2. 5-8 years of experience in training, preferably in a similar industry. 
  3. Proven track record of designing and implementing successful training programs. 
  4. Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with diverse audiences. 
  5. Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. 
  6. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. 
  7. Experience managing a portfolio of 50-100 agents is preferred. 
  8. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications. Certification in training and development
