We're seeking a passionate Full Stack Software Engineer with a strong foundation in ReactJS, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS to join our innovative team. The ideal candidate will possess a solid understanding of web development principles and be proficient in at least one backend language (.Net, Python, or Java). 

Location: Global Technology Park, Bellandur, Bangalore, India (3 days' work from office is mandatory)

Here is what you can expect to work on in this critical role:

In this key Full Stack Software Engineer role, you'll be tasked with leading the development of our Platform's consumer-facing applications. Your core responsibilities will include crafting seamless data connectors, designing intuitive interfaces for BI and AI interactions, and refining our Studio and Chat UIs for enhanced user engagement. Your expertise in REACT JS is crucial, alongside proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and a foundational knowledge in one of the following: .Net, Python, or Java. You'll architect, design, and refine code to ensure peak application performance and reliability, solve complex technical issues, and proactively manage risks throughout the development lifecycle.

What You'll Do:

·        Architect, design, build, test and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable code.

·        Ensure delivery of features and items strictly as specified by stakeholders.

·        Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.

·        Be the gatekeeper for all the code and infrastructure owned by the team.

·        Identify bottlenecks and bugs, and devise solutions to mitigate and address these issues.

·        Anticipate and communicate risks areas proactively throughout the lifecycle.

·        Handle complex production issues and should be able to fix them with a quick turnaround time.

Required Skills:

·       3+ years of hands-on experience with a UI framework like React JS or similar

·       3+ years hands-on experience with a statically typed, compiled language such as C# , Javascript.

·       3+ years of hands-on involvement in design and development of distributed systems on the cloud

·       Experience managing agile processes & ceremonies, ALM tools like Azure DevOps, Jira.

·       Experience working with a variety of SQL and NoSQL databases.

·       Strong understanding of object-oriented programming-

·       Skill for writing reusable libraries

·       Familiar with various design and architectural patterns

·       Some experience with the UI design lifecycle.

·       Proficient understanding of code versioning tools like GIT

·       Understanding of fundamental design principles for building scalable applications like SkyPoint Studio.

Preferred Skills:

·       Production experience with Microsoft Azure using services such as Cosmos DB, Event Hub, Service Bus, AKS, Azure Functions..

·       Experience building a product (in production or as a side project) end-to-end from the UI to the backend.

Educational Level:

BS / MS in Computer Science & Engineering from a Top Tier school
