An exciting opportunity to be a part of young and dynamic EY professional involved in servicing international client in the area of Global Tax Reporting.

 

The opportunity

An exciting opportunity to work in EY’s Business Tax Advisory CTOR (GTRS) group with a diverse team of highly successful tax professionals. In your role you will be working with several client accounts / engagements, where you will be involved in delivering all the service management aspects of multi-national engagements.

 

Your key responsibilities

As tax compliance analyst you will:

  • Learn and get trained on US tax rules as prescribed by the Internal Revenue Service (IRS)
  • Validate client data and interact with US based teams to collect missing information
  • Analyse client data and prepare work papers
  • Determine the tax treatments applicable
  • Prepare the filings using a software from EY
  • Prepare various types of engagement setup and reporting tasks for various clients
  • Handle a pool of clients
  • Email Communications


Skills and attributes for success

We are looking at young and talented professionals (freshers preferred) with the qualities and attribute of an emerging leader.

 

To qualify for this role, you must have:

  • Bcom, MBA (Finance), Mcom, BBA
  • Good communication skills – written and verbal,
  • Attention to detail,
  • Ability to multi-task,
  • Proficient in Microsoft tools – Word/PowerPoint/Excel


Ideally, you’ll also have

  • Problem identification and solving skills,
  • Knowledge of good accounting skills
