Role Summary

As a member of the Supplier Sourcing Team within Procurement, the Contract Administrator is responsible for the successful reviewing client contracts data and charged with the day-to-day capture and reporting of contracts data.
 

Key Responsibilities:

·         Review contracts and enter and maintain relevant contracts data in Client systems. Compile and review large, complex data sets.
 

·         Ensure contracts data is updated and accurate in contract management systems.
 

·         Maintain appropriate contract management reports, including but not limited to contract pricing reports, contract summary reports, and expiration reports. Deliver ad hoc reports and analyses as requested
 

Skill Requirements/Preferences
 

·         Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office and Oracle are preferred. Familiarity Contract Management software platforms is also desirable, but not required.
 

·         Demonstrated business integrity and ability to ensure deadlines are met, including re-establishing priorities as necessary.
 

·         Excellent organizational, written, and oral communication skills.
 

·         Proven ability to work well and collaboratively with multiple internal business partners or departments to ensure goals are achieved.
 

Requirements

Education Requirements
 

·         1-2 years of relevant Contracts review experience required, preferably in the healthcare industry.
 

·         Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university desirable, but not required.

Ability to work as part of a project team structure Ability to work onsite at client locations Energy industry experience is a plus Strong client-facing skills Good interpersonal skills Good written, and oral communication skills 0 -2 years of relevant work experience in the applicable industry No experience required in ION products, but 1 year or less preferred with ION or other ETRM system
