We are seeking an expert in Python and SQL with good skills in HTML/CSS/Java and Salesforce experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HTML, Java, CSS, Python, SQL and related technologies, with a passion for creating efficient, scalable, and user-friendly web applications and write APIs to generate reports and dashboards, send auto-emailers. As an HTML/Java/CSS Developer with Python/SQL expertise, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams, especially Salesforce IT to write APIs for reports and dashboards; design, develop, and maintain web pages for dynamic content generation that meet our customer needs and enhance their experience. Salesforce experience and certification as administrator, consultant and developer is a great add-on.

Responsibilities

1. Understand the requirement from IT to write APIs / to build and maintain dynamic dashboards (individuals, teams and management), reports, auto-emailers using Python, SQL, and related technologies.
2. Understand Salesforce integration and plugins, OOTB implementation and work with Salesforce support team to get things fixed or suggest changes and enhancements to IT team and lead discussions in interlock meetings.
3. Develop and maintain high-quality, responsive layout web pages, using HTML, CSS, and Java, Node.js, etc.
4. Collaborate with IT, design, and product teams to translate wireframes and mock-ups into functional web pages.
5. Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following best practices and coding standards.
6. Optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, and performance.
7. Troubleshoot and debug issues, and provide timely solutions to ensure smooth application operation.
8. Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends to continuously improve development processes and techniques.
9. Work closely with QA teams to ensure the quality and reliability of web applications.
10. Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers.
11. Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to understand requirements and project objectives.

Qualifications

1. BCA/MCA, BSc/MSc or bachelor’s degree in information technology, Electronics, Computer Science, Information Technology Software Engineering, or a related field.
2. Proficiency in Python and SQL languages with relevant showcases
3. Salesforce certification and experience
4. Good to great skills in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript and Java languages
5. Proven experience as an HTML/Java/CSS Developer or similar role, with a strong portfolio of web applications.
6. Experience with front-end frameworks/libraries such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.
7. Knowledge of back-end development using Java frameworks such as Spring or Hibernate.
8. Familiarity with RESTful APIs and web services.
9. Understanding of responsive design principles and cross-browser compatibility.
10. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
11. Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
12. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.

Preferred Skills

1. Salesforce and SEO Functioning knowledge and skills as a practitioner
2. Experience with version control systems such as Git.
3. Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
4. Familiarity with database systems such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB.
5. Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
6. Good experience with MS Office, especially Excel and PPT
7. Understanding of security best practices in web development.
8. Power BI and Tableau
