1. Business Analysis:
Conduct thorough analysis of business processes, systems, and workflows to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement.
Gather and document business requirements, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and digital initiatives.
Utilize analytical tools and techniques to interpret data and extract meaningful insights that inform decision-making.
2. Digital Strategy Development:
Collaborate with business leaders to develop and refine digital strategies that align with overall business goals.
Identify emerging digital trends and technologies that present opportunities for innovation and competitive advantage.
Develop business cases and ROI analyses to support digital investment decisions.
3. Technology Curation:
Need to working level understanding of Industry 4.0 and emerging technologies.
Should have Implementation of IOT, AR and Data Science projects.
Identify expert technology partners for each technology and undertake vendor development.
4. Stakeholder Engagement:
Build strong relationships with stakeholders across departments, including marketing and finance.
Serve as a trusted advisor, providing guidance on digital best practices and solutions that address business needs.
Facilitate communication and collaboration between business and technical teams to ensure successful implementation of digital projects.
Conduct sessions and seminars on Digital at various locations of PES
Training sessions for Corporate HR led programs such as Digital Ambassador etc.
5. Project Management:
Lead digital projects from conception to implementation, ensuring delivery within scope, timeline, and budget constraints.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements, milestones, and deliverables.
Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and implement mitigation strategies as needed.
6. Performance Monitoring and Optimization:
Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the effectiveness of digital initiatives.
Monitor and analyze digital performance data, identifying trends, patterns, and areas for optimization.
Develop and implement strategies to improve digital performance and drive continuous improvement.
Undertake annual budget exercise and overall calculation of ROI for financial cycles.
