About Position
As a Group Manager, you will be working with Various Digital Mobile applications (ERP & NoN ERP) teams to achieve the ambitious goal of digital transformation in the Industrial context. Specifically considering the technical and functional skills, it is expected that you are passionate about delivery and service excellence, with a strong understanding and respect for Airbus values. You will establish team goals by fully understanding the business strategy and considering the organizational priorities, identify and evaluate business & technical trends and choose a course of action to achieve the same. You will accomplish the team results/performance by communicating job expectations, planning, monitoring coaching and leading the team in the right direction.
Primary responsibilities
Manage and lead the Industrial Solutions team within the respect of Airbus values in close collaboration with the Product Manager in Europe
Design and Develop team solution for Operations in Airbus Commercial division using Mobile technologies
Strong Knowledge Augmented Worker Service (MR/AR/VR).
Strong Knowledge of the MR/AR/VR and Mobile App Development
Understanding of programming, algorithms, software engineering principles, software architecture, and software testing
Knowledge on working with technologies WONDERWARE / SCADA / Simatic IT/SAP ABAP, OEE (Overall Equipment Efficiency)
Work closely with various Product Service leaders across Airbus Domains to optimize the tools and processes to bring standard and sustainable tools
Enable team to drive simplification and optimization of daily activities and tools being used across domain
Support team in building the roadmap on plan for future applications
Lead the team using a performance management and development process with the right training program.
Provide effective performance feedback through employee recognition, rewards, and disciplinary action when it’s required.
Coach, mentor, provide oversight and direction to the team accordance with the organization's policies and procedures
Develop the team to take the delegation and empower them to take responsibility for their jobs and goals
Consciously create a workplace culture that is consistent with the overall organization's goal and objectives
Manage work timing schedules, job rotation and vacations of the team
Maintain transparent and appropriate communication with the team
Responsible to take business decisions in accordance with organization policies and procedures
Responsible for overall budget management
Take the accountability of developing and maintaining a detailed project follow-up & ensure that deliverables are in line with the timeline. Manage accordingly risks through mitigation planning
Ability to provide solutions, determine overall management direction and provide recommendations for complex issues
Managing coordination of the teams and working groups engaged globally in the different projects
Manage global communications and alignment with all stakeholders
Liaises with, and updates progress to, senior management
Overall Cost /budget Estimation and control by managing all aspects
Conduct the performance evaluation of the team
Help the team identify their appropriate career path & develop competencies of the Team and prepare for future competencies
Continuously look new opportunities within the frame of Global In-house Centre Technology Services Solutions
Qualification & Experience
Graduate/Post Graduate with 12+ years of experience in Mobile/Industrial technologies domain. Experience in delivering critical applications/projects with following criteria:

Business / affairs Management

Ability to engage and motivate people
Experience in building new teams
Defining technology roadmaps
Agile Safe Methodologies
Intermediate level (Good to have):
Knowledge in Aerospace domain
Knowledge in Industrial domain
Quality management System awareness is desirable
ITIL, PMP certification is highly desirable
