Job Description Bosch is seeking a highly experienced and qualified Foreign Trade Professional Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our company's foreign trade operations, including importing, exporting, logistics, and compliance. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 -6 years of relevant experience in the field of foreign trade management and a proven track record of success in leading international trade operations.Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement the company's foreign trade strategy, ensuring compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and trade policies. Manage the company's international logistics operations, including transportation, customs clearance, and distribution. Oversee the preparation of all import/export documentation, including invoices, bills of lading, and customs declarations. Develop and maintain relationships with international customers, suppliers, and partners to promote the company's products and services. Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and potential risks in foreign markets. Manage a team of foreign trade professionals and provide leadership, guidance, and training to ensure their continued professional development. Collaborate with other departments within the company to ensure the smooth flow of goods and information across all aspects of the supply chain. Monitor and analyze trade data and trends to identify opportunities for improvement and cost savings. Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations and standards, including export controls, sanctions, and anti-corruption laws. Qualifications • Bachelor's or Master's degree in International Trade, Business Administration, or a related field. • A minimum of 5-6 years of relevant experience in foreign trade management, with a proven track record of success. • Strong knowledge of international trade regulations, including customs regulations, export controls, and anti-corruption laws. • Demonstrated experience in managing international logistics operations, including transportation, customs clearance, and distribution. • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. • Strong leadership and team management abilities. • Proficiency in relevant computer software, including Microsoft Office and trade management software. • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously. • Fluency in English and at least one other language is highly desirable.
