Job description 

The role entails scaling up the Retail Banking business for the Bank by leading customer service, cross-sell and premium customer acquisition for the branch. It also entails developing constructive relationships with key local clients and working closely with them to boost volume of business by establishing a strong foundation with them as their financial partner of choice. Role will closely collaborate with Cross sell team and Product teams for the same. This role encapsulates the responsibility of owning the customer experience at the branch and deepening the relationship. It includes working with the client to help them make the right financial decisions by providing them with information about financial products.

 

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Ensure timely processing of Tfx transactions with the help of TDOs and ensure FTR on transactions.
  • Ensure all regulatory items with respective to processing are followed on the ground and ensure mandatory transactions/ claims are attended by branches on timely manner.
  • Ensure branches follow standard SOPs for Tfx transactions without any deviation.
  • Ensure regular auditing of the branches, provide them trainings and issue regular advisory on the processes.
  • Engage with branches and TDOs to ensure smooth on-boarding of clients.
  • Give regular feedback on the process gaps if any to the line managers to ensure smooth functioning.
  • Ensuring spoke branches also adhere to the processes via regular interventions.

 Managerial & Leadership Responsibilities:

Ensure branches and Trade desk officers are provided enough support and guidance to deliver the desired results for the transactions and ensure TDOs pay due attention to the regulatory pendency which are very crucial to be kept under control.

Education Qualification:

 Graduation: Bachelor’s in Engineering / Technology / Mathematics / Commerce / Arts / Science / Biology / Business / Computers / Management/ any other graduation degree. 

Experience: Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience in Tfx.
