Your key responsibilities

Surveillance technology team within Corporate Bank (CB) Technology, provides technology support for sanction operations to a range of key stakeholders in Anti Financial Crime (AFC), operations, other business functions. This team provides a key supporting role to ensure that the effectiveness and efficiency of the surveillance controls are not compromised, due to any system or external change.

 

  • Work with AFC and Operation stakeholders to respond to data inquiries as quickly as possible with a view toward addressing any potential gap in transaction filtering system.
  • Plan and execute feature testing for the bank's transaction filtering system. Measure the impact on effectiveness, efficiency, and performance of transaction filtering due to feature activation.
  • Act as the functional SME for transaction filtering system to support Tech teams by the development of application capabilities, best practices, and issue resolutions.
  • Manage and elaborate the backlog items and work with other squad members to enable cross-skilling.

 

Your skills and experience

  • Experience in banking & payments domain and functional/system analysis.
  • Understanding of payment domain (SWIFT MT and MX message types).
  • Good knowledge of SQL, PL/SQL on Oracle database.
  • Experience in Linux/Unix file system commands and basic scripting knowledge.
  • ISTQB certified in QA and experienced as Test Lead having ability to train/manage a QA team.
  • Good to have knowledge on Sanctions & Transaction Filtering Systems.
  • Experience in working in Agile methodology and tools used (JIRA, Confluence), service now (change handling) supporting remote as well as local delivery teams.
