Job description 

Capgemini is seeking a Director to lead the frontend domain architect community. The leader needs to drive business growth in the new Immersive areas while strengthing the
business in traditional frontend technologies like WebUI and mobile app development.
This person will

  • Lead a team of frontend architects
  •  Architect the business and technical solutions for any business opportunities
  •  Design and review the project solutions, code and deliverables
  • Drive development and use of reusable assets and Industry solutions
  • Act as single point of contact for Mumbai location
  • Represent the Immersive domain in all relevant client visits, especially in DCX foundry

Primary Skills

The candidate will have 18 - 20 years of experience in frontend and mobile technologies with a strong project track record and demonstrated P&L contribution to sales. Must have a Bachelor’s degree in engineering preferred in computer science. Nice to have digital artistic skill.

  • Must have more than 18 years of IT industry experience with strong technical capabilities in Java Full stack, UI and Mobile technologies
  • Must have good understanding of Metaverse, XR and GenAI
  • Must have managed deliveries of large and complex engagements as Frontend / Enterprise architect
  •  Must be conversant with collecting and translating business & user insights into delightful experiences.
  • Well versed with presales and business development activities across the geographies as technical solution architect

Secondary Skills

  • Must have very good presentation skills to convey the right message across the audience
  • Have experience with solution presentation / demonstration
  • Should have good communication and stakeholder management skill
  • Must be a good team player / people manager
