Specific responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

-  Analysis: Identify business challenges and opportunities for improvement and solve for them using business, statistical and data analysis to make strategic recommendations

-  Product: Conceptualize and develop world class data products with exceptional user experience that typically leverage advanced Machine Learning techniques applied on structured and unstructured data

-  Deliver: Develop product architecture and deliver scalable, resilient, real-time and intelligent engineering solutions on Capital One’s cloud infrastructure. Develop hypotheses, tests, analysis and options; scope operational feasibility; lead implementation efforts and monitoring

- Partnership: Work closely with business leaders across Capital One

 What are we looking for?

- Product Leadership experience: Experience in conceptualizing, designing and delivering large enterprise scale products. Able to lead/partner with large multifunctional teams comprising analytical, design and engineering skills

 - Strong business judgment, leadership and integrity:Tenacious problem solver with good judgment and an open-minded approach. One who pushes the envelope but is rooted in ground reality

Preferred Qualifications & Experience

Level of experience: 8+ years, but not a constraint for the right candidate with relevant skills and work experience

Degree in a quantitative major from premier institutes like Indian Institutes of Technology, Indian Institutes of Management, Indian Institute of Science, and Indian Statistical Institute.

Relevant work experience will include but not limited to: leading product management functions delivering large analytical/ Data science products; some experience in working with engineering teams will be preferable
