Job description
We are looking for highly skilled and experienced Senior NLP data scientist with expertise in large language models (LLM) and prompt engineering techniques. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3-4 years of experience in classic NLP techniques and LLMs, as well as at least 1 year of experience in prompt engineering. The candidate should be well-versed in methods of building domain-specific LLM usecases, fine-tuning LLMs, various relevant python libraries, and keeping up-to-date with the advances in the field of LLMs.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead research activities and collaborate with extended R&D team to build LLM-powered usecases.
Conduct rigorous performance evaluation of the responses from LLM-powered applications
Utilize prompt/instruction tuning techniques to improve the performance of LLMs.
Utilize one-shot/few-shot learning techniques to enhance the capabilities of LLMs.
Conduct LLM literature analysis to stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in the field.
Years of experience needed –
3-4 years of experience in large language models (LLM) and classic NLP techniques.
Technical Skills:
Minimum Master’s degree in data science, computer science or related field.
3-4 years of experience in large language models (LLM) and classic NLP techniques.
At least 1 year of experience in prompt engineering.
Generative AI minimum 1year hands on experience.
LLM, Langchain, FastAPI, Agents in LLM, OpenAI API.
LLM finetuning either open source or GPT.
Hands-on experience with text data wrangling.
In-depth knowledge of LLMs and their limitations.
Experience/familiarity with Lang Chain and similar tools.
OOP and Python coding proficiency.
