Job description
Directs a comprehensive product strategy from product conception and definition through end of life. Promotes use of new technologies and industry-leading trends. Directs those involved in the design, modification, and evaluation of all phases of a specific product or group of products. Involvement lasts throughout all stages of a products lifecycle including modifications, upgrades, and maintenance of the products.
Successful candidate will manage system solutions for various industrial IOT applications with software frameworks, reference designs, web based SW development platform for embedded processors.
The responsibilities of this role include:
Develop product planning and roadmap for extensible software frameworks, software development kits(SDK), web based development platforms for embedded platforms.
Develop SW strategy to enable ODM ecosystem partners to customize reference hardware design to develop commercial end products.
Work closely with business development teams for building ODM ecosystem partners.
Using verbal and written communication skills to convey complex and/or detailed information to multiple individuals/audiences with differing knowledge levels. May require strong negotiation and influence, communication to large groups or high-level constituents.
Exercising exceptional creativity to innovate new ideas and develop innovative products/processes without established objectives or known parameters.
Occasionally participates in strategic planning within own area affecting immediate operations
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, Humanities, or related field.
5+ years Product Management or related work experience.
Preferred Qualifications;
7+ years of relevant experience in H/W and/or S/W applications engineering, hardware reference designs, software development kits, development environment in product management.
Candidate should be well versed with product management responsibilities
Minimum Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, Humanities, or related field.
• 5+ years of Product Management or related work experience.
