   • You will be responsible to build and maintain web, virtual, and client server environments for the enterprise on cloud.
   • You will be expected to troubleshoot and resolve any IT service issues related to operating systems and servers; partner with the other infrastructure teams to troubleshoot and resolve related issues.
   • 24/7 support of Middleware technologies Weblogic/Websphere/JBoss/Apache Webserver/IIS and iPlanet to ensure the highest standards of support.
   • Provide on-call support of the environments
   • Setup,install,configure and maintainenance of the software environments for Middlware Technologies availability, resilience, integrity, security and performance required by our business systems. 
   • Administration and installation of Weblogic.
   • Apache HTTP Server and Apache Tomcat.
   • LDAP concepts
   • SSL certificates (App server and Web server)
   • Worked on WebLogic patching 
   • Performance Monitoring and tuning
   • Work with client and Amdocs’ teams to deliver business and technical solutions
   • Build, maintain and manage the production, training, and load test environments
   • Install upgrades to the application on the supported environments
   • Build and maintain development-integration, training, QA, and production environments
   • Provide software configuration management support
   • Configure third party software like MQ, Connect Direct, Tivoli wwin the supported environments in conjunction with architecture and development
   • Provide system monitoring support, analyzing and resolving issues
   • Provide information regarding updates and changes required for the monitoring process
   • Provide performance monitoring and measurement support
   • Resolve errors in all environments – If the errors are not with the infrastructure, provide assistance to other teams to  pinpointing the cause and resolve
   • Provide support during pro-active or incident bridges to identify and resolve outages
   • You will need to leverage optimization techniques to maximize the efficiency of all computer systems and Implement and maintains a systems business impact assessment to prioritize system recovery in the event of a failure.
   • You will build and implement software standards for operating systems, servers and virtualized infrastructure.
   • You will also be expected to evaluate new technologies to meet business needs or to solve business problems.
   • You will manage and lead Root Cause Analysis, Lessons Learned and prevention processes to provide high standard deliverables that meet SLA (Service Level Adherence) and ensure CSAT (Customer Satisfaction).

All you need is...

•  • Technology/Cloud Engineer with at least 2-3 years of experience with cloud services.
   • 3-6 years of overall Integration/Middleware experience: Good Experience on Middleware technologies (Weblogic ,JBOSS, Apache tomcat, IBM Websphere)
   • Must have a background in Administrator activities both in project and DB 
   • Ability to follow procedures in a tightly run Change Control system and communicate to peers and upper management. This position has high visibility and requires a professional demeanor.
   • Experience in WebSphere and WebLogic Administration which includes setting up clustered WebLogic Application Servers, JDBC/Database/Driver, Node Manager, Transactions, JVM Memory Tuning and deployments and SSL configuration]
   • Experience in installing and Configuring Apache Webservers and Iplanet Webservers
   • Knowledge of writing infrastructure as code (IaC) using Terraform is a must.
   • Experience in Ansible and packer with AzureDevops is a must.
   • Experience with security, networking and databases.
   • The team supports 24x7 production and working shifts and a weekend day if required. 
   • Experience in Congiguring Networks, Monitoring Resources with Log Analytics, Compute administration, Implement and Manage Storage and protecting Identities.
   • Strong in Linux administration skills.
   • Strong in Windows Administration skills.
   • Hands on experience in high scale production support(L1/L2/L3).
   • Experience in troubleshooting problems and working with a team to resolve large scale issues.
   • Excellent communication skills.
   • Motivated with a high desire to learn.
   • Results-driven with strong commitment.
   • Knowledge with orchestration frameworks and Continuous Integration and Delivery (CI/CD) tools (for example: Hudson/Jenkins, Ansible/Chef ) is plus.
   • Experience with configuration management systems (Chef/Puppet) is an advantage.
