Responsibilities

Understanding business requirements and help with technical solutions that empower the Marketing teams to utilize the Marketing Cloud platform • Leading and mentoring the Offshore and Onshore team of developers(with some overlap with Onshore team) to develop and maintain features and capabilities in a timely manner and provide continuous feedback to the team. • Support the teams with building custom queries, Responsive Email templates, AMPScript-based/GTL dynamic templates, automations, journeys. • Maintain and establish Integrations of platforms with SFMC

Technical and Professional Requirements:

Primary skills: Salesforce->Marketing Cloud (SFMC) • Experience working with all Marketing Cloud Builders and Studios, including Mobile Connect, Push • Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript and AMP Script, SSJS, SQL • Strong background in Agile SCRUM practices and associated tools (Jira, Confluence etc.) • Certified in Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer and/or Marketing Cloud Consultant is preferred, but not required.

• Knowledge of more than one technology • Basics of Architecture and Design fundamentals • Knowledge of Testing tools • Knowledge of agile methodologies • Understanding of Project life cycle activities on development and maintenance projects • Understanding of one or more Estimation methodologies, Knowledge of Quality processes • Basics of business domain to understand the business requirements • Analytical abilities, Strong Technical Skills, Good communication skills • Good understanding of the technology and domain • Ability to demonstrate a sound understanding of software quality assurance principles, SOLID design principles and modelling methods • Awareness of latest technologies and trends • Excellent problem solving, analytical and debugging skills
