In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

• Responsible for preparing Quotes independently for Piston and Electrics Product Group of Actuation Technologies right from RFQ to Order hand over. 
• Understand the project technical requirements and Ensure SMART quote is prepared by Quote Engineers for all MEA enquiries.
• Ensures quote engineers are trained on product and give necessary training on product technicalities.
• Follow up with sales to understand the quote strategy and share the product strength against the customer requirement.
• Ensures quote engineer follow the process.  
• All technical details / Prices / Tools to be made available for team.
• Lead / Guide / Coach the team to meet the Organization Goals and Set KPI for the given year.
• Assign the RFQ to the Team Members and help in development of the same by training / continuous coaching.
• Report on KPI on Monthly / Quarterly / Yearly basis
• Set PMP for the individuals in the team / Do Performance Review and give feedback and coach for improvement.

For This Role, You Will Need:

• Degree in Engineering with 7 – 9 years of experience in Automation Industry with exclusive experience on Inside Sales / Pre-sales quote activities / customer experience is preferred.    
• Good in Analytical and problem-solving Skills.
• Strong Interpersonal skills and able to relate well with all levels of staff.

Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:

• Microsoft office (Excel, Word, PPT, Power Bi)
• Should relate well with outside sales, peers.
• Experience with RFQ / Quote Tools and Sizing and Selection Tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
