Job description 

  • Possess a minimum of 5 years of experience in ForgeRock and/or other Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions.
  • Demonstrated hands-on experience in managing ForgeRock upgrades.
  • In-depth knowledge and proficiency in setting up and configuring Config and Token stores.
  • Thorough understanding and practical experience with Single Sign-On (SSO) application integrations/Federation, utilizing protocols such as SAML, OAuth/OIDC, WS-Fed, etc.
  • Hands-on expertise in ForgeRock UI customization, script writing, and code development to extract assertion values from diverse data sources.
  • Proficient understanding and hands-on experience with Multi-Factor Authentication.
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive access management integration process, outlining technical integration templates and procedures.
  • Efficiently troubleshoot and resolve issues, particularly during priority incidents.
  • Provide support for technical integration needs, encompassing design and development, to facilitate connectivity between Single Sign-On, directory, and provisioning tools.
  • Possess a foundational understanding of Jenkins pipelines and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Have practical experience with Azure Kubernetes (AKS) and possess basic knowledge of the Azure platform or any other cloud platform.
  • Previous experience in configuring and setting up dashboards for monitoring tools such as Grafana, Prometheus, Datadog, and Splunk.
