Works with Professional Services/Customer Success Analytics team on delivering actionable insights to optimize performance of Zebra devices. Incumbent is expected to work on sensor data and build performance monitoring dashboards that will be used to perform root cause analysis and optimize device performance and availability.
Responsibilities:
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Coordinate effectively with cross-functional team of Business Intelligence Analysts, Data Scientists and Business Stakeholders.
- Work with untidy IoT data; clean/prepare data and make it available for consumption by downstream processes.
- Understand business objectives, analyze data, and identify opportunities to improve device performance and availability.
- Build BI dashboard that can be used as a self-service-tool to monitor device performance and perform root cause analysis.
- Communicate/present findings to stakeholders and take sign-off.
