Job Description:

• To analyse Business and Functional requirement documents and translate them into test scenarios and scripts
• To collaborate with the different cross Functional and Development teams to understand the design and functionality of various assignments.
• To ensure compliance of project specific QA processes and procedures like loading the test scripts into HP ALM environment.
• To ensure high quality test result documents with screen shots are created for all the assignments
• To work with test lead to create test specification
• Responsible for creating and executing high quality test scripts
• Performs System Integration Testing, End to End Testing, Report Testing, Interface Testing, Regression testing, Functional testing, Security Testing, Third Party Integration Testing
• Updates Process Related Reports and Documents  
• Supports the UAT teams by providing any information whenever required 
• Must be able communicate clearly and concisely

Qualification and Skills:

• Graduate from any stream preferably from science /IT streams
• 2+ years of experience in SAP HR. Preferred experience in US/China/ Mexico Payroll testing.
• Experience in ECPY or any integration platform is a plus
• Strong knowledge on HR domain
• Experience in Organizing daily defect resolution calls
• Knowledge on defect tracking tool (HPALM/Snow)
• Knowledge on automation tools
• Knowledge of QA best practices
• Testing certification ISTQB, CSTE
• Knowledge on SDLC/TDLC and service delivery models
• Able to Interact with stakeholders and prepare status reports
• Flexibility and patience in working in a dynamic/challenging environment
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
