QA & Compliance Specialist will be responsible for driving the quality with focus on test automation. This role requires experience on both Manual(functiona) and Automation testing

Responsibilities include: 

• Responsible for E2E Quality of the system under test  
• Review business / software requirements and provide inputs.   
• Evaluate the requirement from an end user perspective and come up with real time scenarios that not just captures the requirements but also focuses on the purpose/the solution that the system under test delivers  
• Along with Agile teams, develop and manage test strategies that will include approaches for test data, regression testing and automation methodologies to ensure higher quality delivery and test coverage  
• Expected to take the lead for some QA activities and to influence the team in delivering good quality performance.  
• Expected to extend the necessary support to junior team members, actively participate in problem-solving ; and to make make the right decisions and determine the correct priorities for all QA activities that he/she is leading 
• Maintain Test automation framework to support Web UI & API testing 
• Convert the existing Test scenarios into Automation scripts

 Specific Requirements: 

Strong working Experience in Automation using Tosca

At least 3 years experience on Tosca
Expertise on automating UX (Web based), API, Desktop application e.g. (Vision AI +)
Test Data management using TDS, TCD
DEX configuration & execution
CI/CD setup with Tosca

 Good to have: 

Tools Alignment - Tosca, Git, Azure DevOps
Designed Test Framework & Test Methodology
Defined automation standards, best practices, project structure, and review process
Performed test infrastructure set up, upgrades and migrations
