Responsibilities :

  • Partner with Product Managers, Engineers, Data Scientists and Customers to define problems & goals, map user flows, prototype interactions, and launch new products and services.
  • Design usable, useful and delightful flows & interactions 
  • Give and solicit feedback from designers and cross-disciplinary partners.
  • Identify the right vehicle, deliverable and level of fidelity required to successfully communicate design concepts.
  • Investigate customer pain points and triangulate inputs (quantitative and qualitative data, user and stakeholder feedback, business and technical constraints, etc.) to inform and iterate design solutions.
  • Work creatively around challenging and complex business and technical problems to deliver high quality designs.
  • Understand the end-to-end customer journey, the friction points within, and how your proposed solution impacts that path and others.
  • Define, create and iterate detailed user interactions, visual language and design patterns to support the entire product portfolio.
  • Maintain a clear understanding of product strategy and work collaboratively with product managers to ensure proposed design concepts align against long-term goals.

Requirement :

  • 1-3 years of experience with end-to-end product design
  • Portfolio of UX-focused work samples for web and mobile applications
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate complex concepts clearly across different audiences and varying levels of the organization.
  • Have contributed as a leader in design and a strong collaborator with product managers and engineers
  • Demonstrated ability to influence and lead projects from concept to delivery and ongoing improvement
  • Strong writing and verbal communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Have shipped product
  • Demonstrated industry thought leadership
  • Strong design thinking, human centered design skills
  • Have cross-platform design experiences (Web, Android, iOS, emails)

In this role, you’ll take on problem statements and tasks, and transform them into intuitive, accessible, easy-to-use, and delightful designs for our customers around the world—from first-time users to sophisticated experts. You will collaborate with teams of Designers, Engineers, and Product Managers throughout the design process—from creating user flows and wireframes to building user interface mockups and prototypes. At each stage, you will anticipate what our users need, advocate for them, and ensure that the final product not just solves their problems but also surprises and delights them. Responsibilities: Support senior designers in delivering world-class interaction designs from initial concept through to shipping. Solve complex design problems in simple and intuitive ways, that blends the brand personality, visual, motion, and sound to create delightful experiences. Create and assess design solutions based on user research data and user goals. Produce design visualizations to help everyone understand what the best experience should be: storyboards, flows, wireframes, prototypes, and vision pieces. Work closely and constructively with cross-functional teams to iterate and deliver flawlessly. Advocate for your design solutions by putting them in the context of business and user goals. Be self-directed and able to self-manage. Qualifications 0-2 years of interaction design work experience. Experience in user interface design, data visualization, and prototyping. Proficient in Figma (if not, Sketch/XD). Experience with tools such as Principle, Framer, Webflow, or Adobe Suite is a plus. Strong ability to recognize and predict use cases and user interaction, including happy path as well as edge and corner cases, and incorporate them in designs. Good understanding of information design and user psychology. Good communication/presentation skills to showcase your design. Experience in prototyping or front-end development. Knowledge of Visual Design. Good knowledge of UX copywriting Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Good problem-solving skills in a growing environment.
