You will be working as Industrial Automation Engineer and will be part of Electrification business area for Smart Power division based in Bangalore, India. In this role you will be reporting to Production Engineering Manager and will be responsible for working out new ideas for smart factory, working together with project team to develop the ideas into solutions and roll out.

Your responsibilities

• Identifying key technical in manufacturing direct and indirect process, developing standardized automated or optimized solution
• Planning and facilitating assembly process, layouts and for conducting and qualifying assembly lines
• Planning and managing within the field of Industry 4.0 concept implementation into factory process
• Evaluating new process technologies to improve productivity, quality and cost reduction, defining and leading testing activities, approval criteria and external provider choices
• Ensuring appropriate production methods, cycle time, equipment performance and materials or components in support of production targets
• Defining the working phase sequence of a new production process to achieve the targeted product cost and equipment investment budget

Your background

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Instrumentation and control / Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
• Minimum 5 years of experience in relevant field
• Basic knowledge in CAD package or E plan
• Strong knowledge of MS-SQL, C#
• Knowledge on laser marking machine and printer machine
• Good knowledge in Networking (Wi-Fi, LAN)
