Overview

The key responsibility of CSA MW&S is to drive Area Revenue growth leveraging market insights, propensity models and partnering closely with BG/Business on landing Corp strategy into actionable plans.  

Qualifications

Required Qualifications

 

  • Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Data Science or related field AND experience in financial analysis, accounting, controllership or finance, or related field
  • Or equivalent experience
  • Experience in business finance 

 

Preferred Qualifications

  • Analytical mindset and passion for process excellence. 
  • Experience in Multinationals with multi-product/multi-segment finance roles is recommended.  
Responsibilities

Partnership

  • Partnering with the India Product leaders to drive cloud growth in the Area through deep Cloud analytics forward and backwards looking.
  • Understand competitive market insights, provide thought leadership to challenge Business leads around new business opportunities / growth road map landscape.
  • Provide insights to the Segment Finance Teams in a way that can be easily actioned. Leverage Corp models and analytics, provide insights and follow up with Areas in a digestible manner which can be easily leveraged.
  • Take a lead role driving M365 performance via providing insights and opportunities modelling, focus on customer adds as per scorecard
  • Increase premium mix, understand and drive upsell motions to higher profit products (M365, E3 to E5) and help accelerate new workloads
  • Balance growth through our existing consuming customers and Customer Adds.
  • Deal and pipeline insights

Processes

  • Accountable for finance content within Area ROB (e.g. VSU's, APR, Quarterly Business reviews, Month End results, Forecast)
  • Ongoing assistance to the India CVP and CFO and team
  • Be part of India IAP ROB's on MW&S.

People

  • Work closely with Asia Region CSA Finance manager and partner with the WW Community Lead to focus on the key insights and projects to accelerate our growth.
  • Identify finance best practices and share them broadly within India, Asia and WW
  • Connect the dots and help Field finance team land the Corp strategy or escalate issues and help needed.

 

This position involves a significant amount of exposure to executive and senior management and requires the ability to communicate ideas and analysis effectively, thereby influencing business decisions, so executive maturity, business acumen and presentation and communication skills need to be your strengths.

The Real Time Payments Business is looking for an Analyst, Finance Business Partner to support headcount reporting & forecasting. This person will play a key role in driving comfort over the RTP headcount base of approx. 2500 people. Role: • Ownership of budgeting, forecasting & reporting of total RTP headcount including employees, contingent workers & third party • Work with HR & the business to ensure accurate reporting • Work with business to ensure accurate alignment of all heads to relevant products, domains or customers to drive accurate P&L reporting. • Develop headcount change processes to ensure efficient approval, decision making & allocation • Work with wider RTP finance team on other ad hoc projects • Support the financial close process through the analysis of variances against budget, forecasts, prior year actuals, key business drivers and initiatives. • Support the development of the annual plan/budget and forecast for scheduled cycle. Also be responsible for ensuring accurate data upload into Hyperion budgeting and forecasting tool • Manage, develop and update standardized financial reporting packages that will help drive and support the business, inclusive of business metrics/KPIs.
