Opportunity
As part of the One Team Sales setup, one of the key deliverables is the growth of existing customers along-with Sales support task and commercial activities, for many of these activities/task One Team Sales (OTS ) will need to engage with customers over the phone or by email, also work along with internal/external stake holders and functions to coordinate sales support task/activities
1. Engage with customers via phone to develop and maintain customer relationships and grow volumes and share of wallet
2. Provide support for Sales administration, and transactional support for sales activities
3. Provide support for the team in terms of email messages and internal cases received from customers, and internal stakeholders like Customer success partners, Sales Reps, Sales Managers, Sales Ops team, Disputes and CX teams.
4. Respond to customers as per the business needs
3. Analyse the various segments to maintain volumes and build further share of wallet
4. Coordinate with internal teams for effective collaboration and deliver solution for the customers’ and segments’ needs
5. Engage frontline sales and other stakeholders effectively for maximum collaboration and quick solution to raised issues
6. Analyse feedback from customers from various channels, to identify areas of improvement and execute solutions effectively
7. Maintaining details in systems related to sales activities and ensuring accurate translation of information in company records.
