We are seeking Information Developers to craft top-tier documentation that significantly enhances the performance of our modules and solutions. As part of our dynamic team of skilled information developers, you will collaborate closely with Product Managers, QA Engineers, Customer Support, Professional Services, and usability experts. Together, we aim to streamline the usability of our modules and solutions.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Collaborate with internal teams to gain a deep comprehension of the module and its documentation requisites.
- Generate documentation of exceptional quality that aligns with relevant standards, caters to the target audience, and remains synchronized with ongoing development efforts.
- Craft user interface documentation, configuration guides, release notes, instructional videos, context-based help, and controlled release documents that are precise, concise, and user-friendly.
- Develop eLearning courses for key modules to facilitate end-users in effectively utilizing a range of application features.
- Assess existing and potential content, focusing on reusability and single sourcing.
- Establish and manage the information architecture for standard documentation.
- Appraise the scope of writing projects and take ownership of prioritization, scheduling, and meeting deadlines.
- Adhere to established style guidelines to ensure rigorous editorial standards are upheld.
REQUIRED SKILLS:
· Ability to deliver high-quality documentation, paying attention to detail.
· Ability to quickly grasp complex technical concepts and translate them into clear and easily understandable non-technical content.
· Excellent writing, editing, analytical, and proofreading skills in English.
· Basic familiarity with SDLC and Documentation Development Life Cycle

o DITA Concepts
o Video creation tools like Captivate/Camtasia
o SharePoint/Wiki/Jira
