B2B-EDI team is a dynamic and highly motivated team that takes responsibility for coordinating, implementing, and managing all aspect of EDI related activities in the organization.
 

About the role - you will:

•    Manage all aspects in the lifecycle of a trading partner onboarding.
•    Design, develop, document, modify, and maintain ETL components to support trading partner integrations.
•    Optimize EDI integration processes to provide optimal performance under increasing data volumes.
•    Troubleshoot EDI production issues and provide solutions to meet Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
•    Provide advice, consultation, and support to business users on B2B & EDI related queries.
•    Interact regularly with trading partners presenting recommendations on issue resolution.
•    Establish and set up file transfer protocols or other various means of connection with outside vendors.
•    Prepare technical documentation.
 

About you:

•    Ability to analyze problems and issues in order to develop solutions.
•    An excellent team player and able to work with virtual and global cross-functional teams.
•    Strong written & oral communication skills in English.
•    Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.

 

Your experience includes:

•    Working experience with the EDI platforms like Boomi, Axway, Seeburger, IBM Sterling Gentran, etc.

•    Well versed with EDI transactions, mapping, end-to-end testing, practices, and procedures within the field.
•    Worked extensively on standards, mapping, integration methods, practices, and procedures within the field.
•    Has extensive working experience and clear understanding with ANSI X12, EDIFACT, and RosettaNet transaction sets.
•    Understand various integration patterns.

Triage issues during continuous integration & deployment process. Collaborate with team members across the globe on application development, testing and support. Act as a technical resource to end users, customers, and other team members. Provide production support and resolve technical issues. Write and maintain support and training documentation. Experience working in virtual team environment.
