Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Overall Design and development of automation activities for Firmware team
  • Strong knowledge in mobile automation (Android and iOS) and System Internals
  • Define and drive automated test strategies into the validation process.
  • Requirement clarification and status update with customer for existing and new developments
  • Technical ownership of team activities
  • Ownership of proposal submission and customer communication

Required Skills (Technical Competency):

  • Hands-on experience in leading automation projects.
  • Expertise with system architecture (HW components, Firmware, Device Drivers).
  • Design automated test and test suite using Python, Robot framework.
  • Expertise at System Software Automation using Tools/ Frameworks.
  • Strong understanding of Python, and multi-process architecture
  • Experience in using Python, in application programming and automation.
  • Experience in leading technical discussions with customer stakeholders
  • Should have experience in the designing test automation framework/strategies.

Desired Skills:

  • Automation testing experience and good experience in System Validation 
  • Understanding of accessibility, security compliance and data protection solutions
  • Proven understanding of white box, grey box, and black box testing techniques
