OTM JD

• Good Techno functional consultant
• Should have minimum 4 – 5yrs of experience in OTM
• Experience in end-to-end OTM life cycle/implementations
• Should have worked in below OTM modules.
• Shipment Management, Order Management, Business Process Automaton, Finance management and Fleet Management
• Must have knowledge of preparing mapping Integration and SOP documents.
• Must have ability to write SQL statements for automation agents and reports.
• Good customer interaction skills
• Should have experience in handling enhancements.
• Good Communication skills
