Responsibilities: 

 

  • Collaborate with HR professionals and stakeholders to understand HR processes and requirements for the ServiceNow HR module implementation. 
  • Design and execute test plans and test cases to ensure the quality and accuracy of HR processes within the ServiceNow platform. 
  • Perform end-to-end testing, including functional testing, system integration testing, user acceptance testing, and regression testing, to validate the HR module's performance and functionality. 
  • Develop automated test scripts for regression testing using Automate Pro. 
  • Work closely with developers, business analysts, and project managers to resolve issues, prioritize bug fixes, and enhance the HR module's performance and user experience. 
  • Collaborate with HR professionals to understand user needs, provide recommendations for process improvement, and ensure alignment between HR requirements and technical solutions. 
  • Stay updated with the latest ServiceNow HR module features, best practices, and industry trends to drive continuous improvement in the QA process. 

Qualifications: 

 

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. 
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a QA Tester, preferably with experience in testing the ServiceNow HR module. 
  • Strong knowledge of HR processes and workflows, with a focus on areas such as employee onboarding, offboarding, performance management, and employee self-service. 
  • Solid understanding of software testing methodologies, including test planning, test case design, and defect management. 
  • Experience with testing HR systems or modules within enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems is highly desirable. 
  • Familiarity with ServiceNow platform and modules, with specific knowledge of the HR module and related functionalities. 
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex HR scenarios and provide innovative testing solutions. 
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
