Role and key deliverables:
- Grant or deny access to customers and internal QAD teams based on user roles and privileges Manage user accounts and permissions in the IAM systems
- Maintain user accounts in Active Directory and local NIS
- Perform password changes and user access changes per request
- Perform user access reviews
- Work with other teams to resolve access management issues and problems reported via support ticket Enforce company policies and procedures related to identity and access management
- Document IAM processes and procedures
- Proactive develops skill and knowledge in IAM
- Stays attuned to new technologies and requirements in IAM
Qualifications
Education/Certification: Bachelor in Engineering, Computer Science, IT, IS
Experience:
- At least 2 years of experience in IAM or a related field
- Knowledge of Active Directory and Linux around access management
- Shell scripting and Powershell scripting will be an added advantage
- Analytical and Problem Solving ability
- Customer service skills and proven ability to perform in fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills and ability to handle sensitive matters with tact and diplomacy
- Proficient is using spreadsheets and word such as Microsoft Excel, Word, Google docs and Google spreadsheets Able to work independently and as a part of a team
- Capable of exercising judgment and discretion while utilizing company policies and practices to determine appropriate actions
